How are your stone-ground grains processed?
Our grains are slowly ground using traditional water-powered millstones, a process that preserves the natural oils and nutrients often lost in high-speed commercial milling.
What is the shelf life of your flour and cornmeal?
Because we do not use preservatives, our stone-ground products are best used within 6 months. For maximum freshness, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place or in your freezer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship our food products within the United States and Canada to ensure that our items arrive fresh and in optimal condition.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes, we take great pride in sourcing non-GMO grains from local farmers who share our commitment to traditional agricultural practices.
Can I track my order after it has been placed?
Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress to your doorstep.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
